I first met Tommy and Katherine along with both their families on the coldest day of the year for a quick breakfast. We chatted about wedding details, their special day, and how close their families had become since the couple came together. We planned their sunrise engagement session in New York City and it was a magical morning.

For their nuptials Tommy and Katherine hailed from NYC and met with their families from across the country in quaint Bristol, RI to celebrate their wedding weekend. Their personal touches throughout their wedding day truly spoke to who they were as a couple and as individuals. Giving, kind hearted, and extremely family oriented. Katherine wore vintage family jewelry paired with her unique Floravere gown and the groomsmen showed off the bride’s family’s personal Mackintosh plaid which incorporated Katherine’s family heritage. Katherine’s father, brothers, and extended family wore kilts staying true to Scottish tradition and a bagpiper welcomed guests to their seats before the ceremony began. Their ceremony took place with an oceanfront view in the side garden of the mansion following a heartfelt private first look and intimate exchange of vows together alongside the mansion.

Their wedding day was filled with laughter, tears, and incredible dancing under the hanging lantern-lit tent. It was a magical event with a sunset all couples dream to see on their wedding night. As we waived farewell through a sea of their friends and family, the couple drove off in a shiny red mustang, champagne in hand. The perfect end to a stunning day.
