Sam and Rachael brought their Southern Charm to Boston for their wedding day. The elegance of the city was brought into their styling as well as throughout their reception room. Throughout the day their families and guests showed nothing but Southern Hospitality which was not surprising having already met Rachael and Sam before during their Boston engagement session. Always full of smiles and up for anything, it was nothing but a complete pleasure working with them.

They incorporated personal details throughout their ceremony with both sets of parents sharing readings and a tearful vocal performance from the groom’s brother. During their reception Sam’s acapella group gave a beautiful performance then surprised the crowd when they invited Sam up to sing to his bride. I’ve photographed Broadway actor’s weddings in the past and this was right up there with the best voices I have yet to hear! The bride giggled and soaked the performance in with a few tearful moments. Later in the evening during each family’s speeches it was apparent that Sam and Rachel were not only the perfect fit for one another, but that their families were also perfectly paired and had become family themselves.

This couple was genuine and sweet to the core, as were their families. I left their special day with a huge smile on my face and still, while looking through their images, I’m reminded of how lovely the two of them and their wedding day were.
